Texas Real Estate leads the way in property investment

While the rest of the US property market may be in a tailspin in the lone star state things are totally different. The Texas property market has been buoyant for the better part of a decade now and it still shows no signs of slowing down.

In fact, according to recent figures from the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight, home prices in Texas increased 6.9% during first quarter 2007, well above the 4.3% national average.
